Web Content Management Review
Instructions
The links provided to you are to assist in your review of the content on
the main BIS Web site. In conducting your review please do the following:
- Read the material and determine whether the content on each page is accurate
and current;
- Check the links on each page to make sure they:
(1) are working and
(2) they still go to the correct place
[this is especially true for links that go off the BIS site since the owners
of other sites may move, delete, or change the name of pages over time]
- If the information IS accurate and current then please note same and
move to the next link
- If the information IS NOT accurate and current then please do one of the
following:
- For minor changes provide a hard copy with legible pen and ink changes
- For extensive changes provide a electronic (WordPerfect) copy of
updated version.
[For clearance purposes it may be helpful to
the Office of Chief Counsel for you to also provide a "strikeout"
and "redline" version so that they can see how the current
document is being modified.]
- Just in case there are questions about your comments by the Web Site
Editorial Board or the BIS Web Site Team please include your name, office,
and phone number for the pages you reviewed.
