Who is Larry Sides?
Using the Scriptures as framework, for the past 17 years Larry
has counseled individuals and married couples in the Washington,
DC, area. During that time he has served as the director of counseling
and seminar development of Christian Family Life, co-authored a
daily devotional entitled Time Out, and also established
the admissions and counseling system for a residential program for
adolescent boys in Northern Virginia.
Formerly on the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ for ten years,
Larry spent three of those years working as a vocational missionary
in Swaziland, southern Africa. He received a Bachelor’s of Science
in Industrial Engineering from New Mexico State University and a
Masters of Education in Guidance and Counseling from George Mason
University.
An ordained minister, Larry lives on a farm in central Virginia
with his wife Norma and their four sons, where they raise llamas,
goats and chickens.
