| Published in Galveston County Daily News August 7, 2025 When you turn the light on in a garage the cockroaches run for the darkness where they can hide. They have a preference for the dark. When you walk into a dark room and turn on the light the darkness recedes and what's in the room is revealed. There's a lesson in this for us. A bright light is shining on some of the darkest deeds from the Obama Administration. Revelations from recently declassified documents -- showing the fabrication and use of the Steele Dossier and the politically-directed intelligence assessments by high government officials -- are causing many of those involved to scurry for dark cover (like cockroaches?). The real "Russia-Gate Conspiracy" (RGC) that's being revealed -- including how high-ranking officials in the Obama Administration seeded false claims against the "Trump-45" presidency -- was an attempt to keep him from carryout his agenda. The real RGC was aided and abetted by the legacy media For example, former CIA Director John Brennan. On May 23, 2017 he testified before Congress saying the infamous and debunked Steele Dossier "was not in any way used as a basis for the Intelligence Community Assessment that was done." However, the newly declassified documents show Brennan was the key figure insisting on the inclusion of the Steele dossier in the intelligence assessment; suggesting that the Russians influenced the 2016 election in favor of "Trump-45." Did he lie to Congress? It's now been revealed that Brennen not only intervened, but also overruled two highly qualified senior CIA analysts who disagreed with his assessment, refusing to remove the dossier from the official assessment. Documents show that in 2016 Brennan briefed President Obama about Hillary Clinton's plan to create the Russia conspiracy "to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security service." Brennen -- along with former Director of National Intelligence Jame Clapper, Susan Rice, former FBI Director Andrew McCabe and others – participated in this briefing where a new assessment was ordered that would detail the bogus assessment about the "tools Moscow used and actions it took to influence the 2016 election." Additionally, it's been reported that there would be no promotion for a senior CIA analyst who refused to sign on to the bogus intelligence assessment. He apparently continued to refuse and was passed over for advancement. There're more details, but space limitations [established by the newspaper] restrict us from laying them out for you here. More detailed information is available at on this Website. The bottom line? Bona fide documents are showing the extent of the corruption in the Obama Administration and how it attempted to hamstring "Trump-45" from accomplishing many of the things he set out to do. But Trump's a fast learner and "Trump-47" has accomplished more in his first six months in office than any administration in our lifetime – even with his opponents trying to slow him down using willing members of the judiciary to do so. Remember, being transparent, shining a light on the dark deceptive practices of the past, acting honesty and telling the truth will, in the end, serve our nation well and, just perhaps, rid us of some "cockroaches!"
